VISA LETTERS
If you need a visa to attend The Safety & Security Event Series (The Fire Safety Event, The Health & Safety Event, National Cyber Security Show, The Security Event, Professional Security Officer Live, and The Workplace Event) it is essential that you begin the application process as soon as possible, in order that you obtain your visa in time for the show or registration deadline. Visa application procedures for entering many countries, and in particular the UK, have become stricter and more complex following Covid-19, and therefore it can take much longer to process your application than anticipated. You must submit your own application to the relevant authority and follow up accordingly. The Safety & Security Event Series is unable to follow up on your application on your behalf or enter into direct correspondence with consulates.
A Visa Support Letter will ONLY be issued to SPEAKERS and EXHIBITORS who have been invited by The Safety & Security Event Series or who have paid their exhibition registration fee in full. Once we have confirmed receipt of payment from the proposed attendee, we will need the full name, nationality, passport number, expiry date and date of birth for the attendee, only then can we issue a Visa Support Letter. The Visa Support Letter will confirm the event title, date and location. It will also confirm whether the individual is a speaker or exhibitor. It will not imply any undertaking to provide funding nor act as financial guarantee for your stay in the UK. The Safety & Security Event Series reserves the right not to issue a Visa Support Letter in certain cases even if the above conditions have been met. Exhibition Fees will not be refunded in the case of a Visa not being obtained.
AT THE SHOW
AM I ABLE TO BOOK THE CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS?
No, our conferences and seminars are run on a first-come, first-served basis. We advise that visitors arrive at the seminars in plenty of time to avoid any disappointment.
NB: Please note that as well as seminars, there will be workshops running. Some workshops will require additional registration/booking due to limited spaces being available. These workshops will be advertised as requiring additional registration on the show website.
CPD CERTIFICATES
At National Cyber Security Event, we are proud to be able to offer a CPD-accredited educational programme designed to provide expert insight and learnings for professionals. This year we have partnered with CPDMe who will be available onsite to help facilitate your certificates of attendance and build your CPD points portfolio.
CPDMe Hall 4/ Stand M140, located in The Health & Safety Event.
Please ensure you scan the QR code at the end of each session as this will register your attendance and issue you a downloadable certificate of attendance. If you require further assistance, meet the team at their stand 4/M140 located near the sales lounge in Hall 3.
Visitors will need to contact their professional body, employer or association to add their certification of attendance to their personal record to show the further learning they have achieved for that year.
