Mike has worked for Birmingham Mind for more than 21 years Across a number of roles & focused for the last 9 - 10 years on training/webinars/workshops/ Lunch& learn sessions etc.  that Birmingham Mind delivers for all kinds of workplaces/organisations/ educational establishments etc. essentially anywhere that will work with us to raise mental health literacy! Delivered In partnership with a group of freelance trainers and a number of partner organisations. As part of this Mike is a Mental Health First Aid instructor amongst other things. Mike’s passion for the subject remains rooted in his own struggles across a lifetime with anxiety related issues & wanting to challenge the stigma around Mental Health.
