Cal has worked in telecommunications for many years, starting in research, moving to mobile, then software development. For several years, they were responsible for all of BT's physical networks, but for the last three they've worked in Protect BT Group, tackling the complex security issues that can't be dealt with by a big campaign or a new tool rollout.
