Why ElevateHER Exists
The tech industry faces critical challenges in retaining and advancing women:
- The persistent "broken rung" remains the greatest obstacle preventing women from advancing into leadership roles
- 50% of women leave tech before age 35, citing non-inclusive cultures and lack of career development
- Financial barriers often prevent access to high-quality mentorship and leadership development

Our mission is clear: "Elevate women and girls in tech from the classroom to the boardroom." We focus specifically on increasing women's representation in tech leadership through our sustainable model where participants are empowered to thrive, level up, and then "pay it forward" to support the next generation.
Is ElevateHER Right for You?
To qualify for the programme, you must:
- Identify as a woman or trans woman currently working in tech
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the tech industry
- Either currently hold a leadership position seeking advancement OR be positioned to step into your first tech leadership role within the next 12 months
What the Programme Offers
ElevateHER provides a comprehensive development experience that includes:
- Personalised Mentorship: 6 one-hour, one-on-one sessions with an experienced tech leader
- Skills Development: 5 targeted personal development workshops focused on leadership competencies
- Community Connection: Access to a powerful network of like-minded women in tech
- Zero Financial Barriers: Completely FREE to participate—we believe talent, not finances, should determine success
