Every Child Online: Bridging the Digital Divide for Future Cyber Security Innovators
At Every Child Online, our mission is to eradicate digital poverty and isolation by providing underprivileged children and young adults with access to essential educational, vocational, and recreational IT resources. By collecting surplus PCs, laptops, tablets, and computer accessories from individuals and businesses, we refurbish these devices and distribute them to schools and children lacking the necessary tools for online learning.
Our free professional IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) services, offered through our sister Community Interest Company, Everyone Digital, ensure secure data removal and environmentally responsible recycling of outdated IT equipment. This not only aids in protecting sensitive information but also promotes sustainability by repurposing technology for educational use.
Digital poverty and isolation remain significant barriers, especially for disadvantaged youth aspiring to enter fields like cyber security. Without access to adequate technology, these young minds are deprived of opportunities to develop critical skills necessary for the industry. By providing free tech collections and refurbished devices, we empower these individuals, offering them a pathway into the cyber security sector and helping to diversify and strengthen the industry's future talent pool.
We are honoured to be selected as a charity partner for the National Cyber Security Show 2025 by The Nineteen Group, recognising our technological initiatives and commitment to bridging the digital divide. Join us at the Community Village, Stand 5/M31, from April 8th to 10th at the NEC Birmingham. Together, we can combat digital poverty and inspire the next generation of cyber security professionals.
